Service Guidelines & Operational Policies
These Terms & Conditions govern all relocation, packaging, automobile transport, and warehousing contracts entered into with Keshav Packers & Movers across India.
1. Booking & Binding Quotations
All quotations generated online or following an in-home/virtual video survey are binding based on the declared cargo volume and service requirements.
- Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Any additional items added after the pre-move survey will be billed transparently as per the established per-item volume rate card.
- Tolls, highway taxes, driver allowances, and standard packing materials are included in all standard quotations unless otherwise specified.
2. ₹0 Advance & Payment Schedule
We operate under a customer-friendly ₹0 advance deposit model:
- Zero Upfront Deposit: No advance payment is required to confirm your booking date or initiate packing.
- Post-Loading Settlement: 80% of the invoice amount is due upon completion of loading and issuance of the official Consignment Note (Bilty).
- Final Settlement: The remaining 20% balance is payable upon delivery and before final unloading at your destination premises.
- Payments may be completed via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), or debit/credit cards with official GST tax invoices issued immediately.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Valuables
To ensure a smooth moving day:
- Customers must personally carry gold, jewelry, cash, original legal certificates, credit cards, and sensitive personal electronics (laptops, phones).
- Refrigerators must be defrosted and dry 12 hours prior to the scheduled packing time.
- Society gate passes, lift permissions, and parking clearances must be arranged with building management at both origin and destination.
